Studio & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on individual to support our day-to-day studio operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and helping a growing fashion and jewelry brand run smoothly.

From packing online orders and organizing inventory to assisting with events, running errands, and providing general operational support, the ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and fulfill incoming online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain inventory, supplies, and the overall workspace.
• Run errands and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
• Provide general support to the team as needed (sales, events, and operations).

Qualifications

• Must reside on Oʻahu and live in or around Kapolei.
• Flexible and available on weekends; open to occasional weekday events.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred for errands.
• Previous experience in retail, order fulfillment, inventory management, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
