Sales Representative + Event Coordinator

We’re looking for a flexible, organized and outgoing individual to join our team. This role combines sales, customer engagement and event coordination—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion and jewelry. You’ll represent our brand, help plan and execute local, outer-island and mainland events too. The ideal candidate is positive, personable, energetic, works well + can remain calm under pressure and is willing to take on any task to ensure our customers and community have memorable experiences with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at pop-ups + events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Coordinate and support event logistics (setup, breakdown, packing, inventory, transportation).
• Engage with customers, drive sales and share our brand story in a warm and approachable way.
• Provide general support to the team as needed (sales, events, operations).

Qualifications

• Must reside on O‘ahu and live in or around Kapolei.
• Flexible and available on weekends; open to occasional weekday events.
• Willing and able to travel as often as once a month (outer islands or mainland).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
